Estimation and Scope Development: Utilize Xactimate to prepare accurate and detailed project estimates. Work with adjusters to develop a true scope of work with integrity and professionalism.

Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of restoration projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and regular updates with clarity and empathy.

Adjuster Collaboration: Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to advocate for accurate and fair project scopes.

Team Leadership: Oversee team members and subcontractors, providing feedback and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized project records, including progress updates, budgets, and timelines.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve project challenges efficiently and with a positive attitude.

Experience: Previous experience in project management, restoration, or construction is required. Familiarity with Xactimate is a must.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all details in order.
