- Equipment Logistics: Manage daily equipment sign-outs and check-ins, ensuring each team has the tools they need for each project.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Keep all vehicles and equipment in optimal working condition through regular maintenance. Schedule repairs as needed and keep maintenance records up-to-date.
- Material Pickup and Delivery: Safely drive a dump trailer and other vehicles to pick up materials or deliver equipment to job sites as required.
- Inventory Management: Ensure all vehicles are stocked with appropriate tools and materials. Organize and maintain shop inventory to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Vehicle Detailing: Keep company vehicles clean and well-organized, ensuring a professional presentation at all times.
- Shop Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment, ensuring that equipment and materials are stored properly.
- Reporting: Complete daily and weekly reports on inventory status, vehicle conditions, and any maintenance or repair activities.
