Position: Mitigation Technician/Skilled Laborer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician/Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in our efforts to restore properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. As a Mitigation Technician/Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation plans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
Develop and implement effective mitigation plans
Operate and maintain specialized equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
Perform various skilled labor tasks such as demolition, carpentry, and repairs
Monitor and document the progress of mitigation efforts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective project completion
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or skilled labor preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment
Proficiency in various skilled labor tasks such as carpentry and repairs
